Overview
ORCHARDFLUX operates internal creative tools for brand development purposes. This privacy policy applies to the SOLM_RUNWAYINDEX_STAGING application and its use of the Pinterest API.
Data We Access
This application accesses Pinterest board data, including pin images and associated metadata, solely for internal creative use. Access is limited to boards owned by the authorised account holder.
How We Use Data
Data accessed via the Pinterest API is used exclusively to generate internal creative direction materials. Specifically, pin images are analysed to produce image generation prompts for use in visual asset development. No Pinterest data is used for any commercial, advertising, or public-facing purpose.
Data Storage
Pin analysis results are cached internally to avoid redundant processing. Raw Pinterest data, including images and metadata, is not stored beyond the active session. Cached analysis outputs are retained for internal use only and are not shared with any third party.
Data Sharing
We do not sell, share, transfer, or disclose any Pinterest data to third parties. All data accessed via the Pinterest API remains strictly internal.
Data Retention
Cached analysis outputs are retained only as long as operationally necessary. Users may request deletion of any stored data at any time.
User Rights
As this application operates solely on data owned by the authorised account holder, the account holder retains full control over their Pinterest data and may revoke application access at any time via Pinterest account settings.
